Video Services

Video Production services can be ordered in any combination and will be delivered within 4 business days after the scheduled shoot.

Photo Gallery Video Tour – A video created from still 3D or Static 2D images using Ken Burn’s effect to create a sense of movement through the space.  This service includes commercially registered music.  Branding can be added at an additional cost.

Walkthrough Video – A walkthrough video tour using a handheld gimble and video device includes views of the front and back exterior moving throughout the interior of the unit with commercially licensed music. This service includes minimal video production and publishing to aftertec Vimeo players.

Aerial Videography – Up to 5 minutes of raw 4K video reel. Video Production will need to be paired with this service if required.

Video Production – Professionally produced and edited video, both branded and unbranded to comply with MLS, using all visual assets collected from the property including aerial video and any interior imaging captured on location. Either a video gallery or a video walkthrough. Professional branded version with agents photo and contact information, and commercially licensed music. Free publishing to aftertec YouTube and Vimeo players.
